Item Din't Work

If your merchandise does't work and is still under warranty time (90-day from Receiving)), you can email us the problem. But the following information is required in order that we can ask for compensation from the manufacturer.
The necessary information includes:
1. PO number on the package. We recommend to keep the PO number before dissert the package.
2. SN number of the Brand.
3. A clear video can show where the problem is.
While we confirm the problem, you can return the merchandise back. And we would offer a new one when we received the item.
